You have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase contract without having to provide any reason and without incurring any penalty, as established by EU Directive 2023/2673 and the consumer protection laws applicable in your country.

When the right of withdrawal does not apply

EU Directive 2011/83/EU lists several categories of goods and services excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. The following sections address the cases that may apply to this store.

Personalized, perishable, hygienically sealed or sealed media

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your specifications or clearly personalized, goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (perishable), items sealed for hygiene or health protection reasons and opened after delivery, as well as sealed audio, video or software recordings and opened after delivery — Art. 16(a), (c), (d), (e), (i) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Withdrawal is subject to the legal terms and conditions: the 14-day period (for goods, from delivery; for digital content, from the start of download) and the legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal. We verify these conditions before confirming the request, so sending the request does not automatically guarantee acceptance.
