METHOD OF STORAGE AND USE
Store the product in a cool and dry place.
PREPARATION ADVICE: cook in abundant salted water for about 12 minutes then drain. Dress with truffle sauce or ground truffle and serve.
Shelf life: 36 months from the packaging date.
Tagliatelle with white truffle are excellent seasoned with truffle sauce, minced summer truffle or truffle sauce.
