Valnerina Tartufi, in collaboration with Confagricoltura Umbria and the Municipality of Arrone, promoted the conference “ truffle, a production chain to be realized”.
During the meeting, which took place on the 3rd February at the convent of San Francesco in Arrone, we discussed about development and growth opportunities with the realization of a production chain for truffle, product of excellence in Umbria.
The truffle cultivation can take with itself an added value in terms of economic sustainability.
Truffle cultivation as sustainable cultivation for the environment because it does not require phytosanitary treatments and fertilizations in order to realize the so called “ecological transition”.
Therefore, development, resources and growth opportunities go hand in hand with the realization of a production chain for truffle, product of excellence in Umbria.
